Meditation

   Meditation.

What exactly is meditation? Some actually say meditation is a bad thing. It really isn't. It has many benefits. It can help balance out your medicine wheel. It also can help you overcome anxiety. Meditation can only help an individual. And I suggest you do it either in the evenings or the mornings. Even both will do. Each for like five minutes. Have to do baby steps.

There is a few different ways people like doing meditation. I like focusing on my breathing. "In....out....in....out....in....out". Your thoughts will get lost a few times, and you will find your mind thinking, "I hope I have enough money for that big sale coming up!" or something like that. You will just have to catch yourself, and bring your mind back to focus, until you are completely relaxed, then you can let your mind wonder. But it was will be odd. It will be like you are observing your thoughts, instead of actively thinking them. You will get used to the feeling.

Meditation can lead you to many things. Some people even uncover past lives through meditation. Because once you get better with it, it connects with your higher self, the real you, the one who has lived many, many lives.

It will take time, and the beginning of meditation will move at a pace different for everyone. People experience it different.

Letting go of your ego.

Everyone has a ego. It's tells you what is possible, and what is not.

"I have a weird feeling about this..." May be your intuition speaking, then your ego will kill that thought with, "I am losing my marbles".

Then, without even realizing it, something will happen that "Weird feeling" was talking about. Your ego will probably say it was a coincidence. Let me tell you, there is no such thing as coincidence.

Everything happens for a reason, some more important then others.

Everyone has intuition. It helps us survive in this insane world. But everyone's ego gets in the way.

If everyone listened to their intuition more, they would find themselves more happy, and life may even seem a small bit easy then normal.

But years of your ego being in control, it's not easy dethroning it. It takes practice and training.

When you have a feeling, say it loud, and acknowledge it. Just doing that everytime, no matter how stupid you think it is.

Ex. 'I have a feeling this taco will give me gas'

Saying whatever your intuition says, will slowly help it grow, and in the long run, help yourself out.

Start out small, and start doing that, and you will slowly start trusting your intuition, and learn to listen to it.
